1. Athlete's Foot of Las Vegas

Jeff Hobbs, Ray Cattin, Naomi Carry, Tyler Sutton

Naomi is a veteran expedition racer, Borneo Eco Challenge, Fiji Eco Challenge. She had done several shorter races and is a veteran marathon runner. Jeff Hobbs and Ray Cattin 2000 Hi-Tec sprint champions (Corp. Div.) has done 40 or 50 races, mostly sprints some 24 hours races. Tyler Sutton - 10 sprint races. We want to do this race because of the race directors and the location. With the race directors experience we know we are assured a fantastic race in an awesome location.

2. Well Oiled

Christian Palouda, Casey Hare, Dennis Ratcliffe, (one female athlete needed)

We have done several 24+ hour races in the past, including the Desert Winds series. This will be our first expedition length race, something that we have wanted to challenge ourselves with. The location and the quality of the race directors make this the perfect adventure for Well Oiled.

3. Tecnu Extreme/StaphAseptic

We have many years of experience racing at a top level from PQ's,the Raid Gauloises, USARA nationals, Fogdog Nationals, the Balance bar series, Eco Challenges etc. We have been top 5 at the PrimalQuest, won the Bahamas Extreme Challenge, the Sea to Summit, Four Winds, 3rd at the beast of the East, were the Tahoe Big Blue series Champs, members were top at nationals, winners of the Checkpoint tracker series, and many others. Well over 100 races combined raced on this team. We come to compete, traveling light, fast, remaining friends and NEVER forgetting first place. Happy trails! Bernice Pierson, Jayson Brown, Bob Graf, Shayne Brown

Bernice has competed in sprint, 12 hour, 24 hour, 4 day stage, and 12 day expedition adventure races around the world. She won the 24 hour Co-ed Duo US National Mountain Bike Championship and finished sixth at the 24 Hour Solo Mountain Bike World Championships. Bernice lived off the land in Alaska for 3 months as part of The Alaska Experiment television show that aired on the Discovery Channel. She also participated in the Global Extremes: Mt. Everest adventure that aired on the Outdoor Life Network.

Jayson has completed several 12 hour and 24 hour adventure races in the US in addition to Expedition length: Patagonia Expedition Race in Chile, Ecomotion Pro in Brazil, Arctic Challenge in Greenland and the Florida Coast to Coast.

Bob has been adventure racing for 9 years and has decades of navigation and adventure around the world.

Shayne has competed in several, sprint, 12 hour and 24 hour races that encompass a wide variety of disciplines. He is looking forward to the challenge and adventure of multi-day racing.

7. Seek Adventure

Ken Boyer, Sara Delano...

Ken has been mtb racing and riding for 20+ years and is also involved in rock/ice climbing and mountaineering. He has summited Denali in Alaska and Aconcaqua in South America.

Also has competed in numerous adventure races. Sara has been adventure racing for over 10 years and has competed in many expedition length races, including Primal Quest Montana, where she and her team came in 13th.

Looking forward to testing ourselves in longer distant races and the experience it can bring. Many other mtb and adventure races on schedule for this summer as well.
